Refund & Success Guarantee Policy
At Foreign Job Expert, we are committed to your career success. This program is designed for serious candidates who are ready to put in the work to secure a cruise ship job independently. Because our program delivers proprietary digital assets and a proven roadmap, we follow a strict “Action-Taker” Refund Policy.
A 100% Refund is only applicable if you fail to secure a single interview call or official response after strictly following every step of our system.
1. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (The Hard Filters)
To qualify for a refund, you must provide documented evidence of the following “Action Steps”:
-
Complete Course Application: You must prove that you have applied to EVERY Hiring Partner and EVERY Cruise Company mentioned in the course modules.
-
External RPSL Partners: In addition to the course list, you must provide proof of application to 10 additional Recruitment Partners, specifically those registered with DG Shipping (RPSL agencies).
-
The Dual-Email Strategy: For every single portal/agency, you must prove that you applied using two (2) different email addresses.
-
The Unique Position Rule: Applying for multiple posts from a single email disqualifies the claim.
-
The Strategic Pace Rule (Quality Control): To ensure accuracy and prevent spamming, you must apply to ONLY two (2) portals per calendar day. If your logs show more than 2 applications within a 24-hour window, the refund claim is void.
-
LinkedIn Networking: You must provide screenshots of active, professional chat conversations with at least 30 (Thirty) official Recruitment Partners or HR Managers on LinkedIn using the scripts provided in the course.
-
Course Completion: Our system must show 100% video completion without skipping or fast-forwarding.
2. Strict 48-Hour Claim Window
This policy is strictly time-bound to ensure only disciplined candidates apply:
-
Opening: A refund claim can only be filed after 90 days from the date of purchase.
-
Duration: The claim window remains open for exactly 48 Hours after the 90th day.
-
Closing: Any request received before the 90-day mark or after the 48-hour window (from the 92nd day onwards) will be automatically rejected without review.
3. Required Documentation for Claim
You must submit a comprehensive “Success Failure Dossier” within the 48-hour window to hr@foreignjobexpert.in including:
-
Detailed Application Log (Excel/CSV): Showing dates, both email IDs used, and specific positions for every company/partner.
-
LinkedIn Conversation PDF: A document containing screenshots of all 30 LinkedIn chat histories.
-
Screenshot Vault: Proof of “Application Confirmation” emails for every single application made.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
-
Missing the exact 48-hour claim window.
-
Applying to more than 2 portals in a single day.
-
Failure to provide proof for even a single condition (e.g., submitting only 29 LinkedIn chats instead of 30).
-
Change of mind or deciding not to join the maritime industry after purchase.
5. Final Authority
We provide the tools, the contacts, and the map, but you must do the work. The final hiring decision rests solely with the Cruise Line’s recruitment board. This policy is designed to protect our intellectual property from non-serious individuals.
