Welcome to Foreign Job Expert. By enrolling in our course or using our resume writing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Service

  • Educational Purpose: The content provided is for educational and informational purposes only. We provide the “Roadmap,” but the final execution is the user’s responsibility.

  • No Job Guarantee: While we provide a proven system, we are NOT a recruitment agency. We do not provide jobs; we provide the training and tools to apply for them independently. The final hiring decision rests solely with the Cruise Line’s HR.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

  • Strict Non-Sharing Policy: All course videos, scripts, resume templates, and hiring partner lists are the proprietary intellectual property of Foreign Job Expert.

  • Account Monitoring: Our system tracks IP addresses and login locations. Sharing your login credentials or redistributing our content will result in immediate account termination without a refund and potential legal action for IP theft.

3. Resume Writing Service

  • Accuracy of Information: The client is responsible for providing accurate personal and professional data. We are not liable for any discrepancies found by recruiters.

  • Revision Policy: We provide up to [2/3] rounds of revisions within 7 days of delivery. Any revision requests after this period will be treated as a new order.

4. Refund & Cancellation

  • Digital Goods Policy: Due to the nature of digital products (instant access to videos and downloads), all sales are final.

  • Action-Taker Clause: Refunds are ONLY processed under the specific conditions mentioned in our “Refund & Success Guarantee Policy.” Failure to meet any of those criteria makes you ineligible for a refund.

5. User Conduct & Discipline

  • You agree not to use our proprietary scripts for spamming or any illegal activity that could damage the reputation of our brand or the recruitment partners involved.

  • Any abusive behaviour towards our support team or instructors will lead to a permanent ban from the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Foreign Job Expert shall not be held liable for any travel expenses, medical costs, or visa fees incurred by the candidate during their job application process or after being hired by a cruise line.

  • We are not responsible for any changes in the recruitment policies of third-party cruise companies or RPSL agencies.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in the maritime industry or our business model. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State, e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra].
